How to use the points?

You can apply your points on any order for a discount, at any time!

100 Keeps = 5 Rs

Redemption will happen in the increment of 100s

For instance, if you have 2,650 Keeps, you can choose to redeem in the following ways:

1. Maximum redemption

    2600 Keeps = A coupon for 130 INR

    Balance = 50 Keeps

2. Minimum redemption

    100 Keeps = A coupon for 5 INR

    Balance = 2,550 Keeps

3. A Random redemption of 1,400 Keeps

   1,400 Keeps = A coupon for 70 INR

    Balance = 1,250 Keeps

4. No redemption

    No coupon

    Balance = 2,650 Keeps

Where can I see my points?

A Rewards launcher will be available on the bottom left of all the pages for your easy access. 

You can view your points, i.e. Keeps and also decide if and how many you would like to redeem. Redemption can happen in the increment of 100s.

 

Are points earned on the MRP of the procucts or net payment?

 

Points are earned on the final cart amount, after any discounts.

 

Do the points expire?

No, there is no rush to make your next purchase or to make a forced purchase to redeem the points. Points will not lapse 

 

Can I transfer my points to my friend?

Sorry, points are not transferrable

 

Can I place an order without signing up and still collect points?

 Sorry, the system doesn’t allow for that. You will have to sign up for collecting points and be logged in while ordering to collect points

 

Can points be redeemed while using other discount or coupon?

No, points cannot be used in conjunction with another coupon (as only one discount can be applied to an order).

 

 

When I use my points, do I still make points on the remaining cart amount?

Yes, you will always make points on the amount you spend.
