Clothing
We hope you to love it and it fits well in the first go, but if there is an issue, breathe easy. Please send us a request to return it within 10 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it for a better fit.

We are sorry for any dissatisfaction experienced with the piece. If there is any issue with your order, you have 7 days to request for a replacement.

Other
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
While we will work to resolve your issues, we normally do not offer refunds unless there has been a manufacturing defect. For those rare events, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
