How do I create an account?

What is the benefit of having an account? Can I shop without one?
You are welcome to shop our site without creating an account. However, having an account will allow you to review your orders, view past purchases and collect keeps(reward points i.e discounts). 

Are all products made from plant based fibres?

Yes, all products are made either from cotton or linen, 100% plant based.

Do you do plus sizes?

We do. Being a made to order brand was an intentional decision so that we have the flexibility to cater to custom measurements and also limit wasteful stock-keeping

Are all embroidered products hand-made?

Yes. Kissa-goi is founded on the marriage between indie embroidery techniques developed in contemporary design sensibilities. In addition to our collection pieces which are designed keeping in mind the embroidery techniques, we continue to produce one-of-a-kind / limited edition pieces which are hand-painted (Rogan, Kalamkari, Pattachitra), hand-blocked (Ajrakh, Clamp) or other techniques like resist dye etc.

We don't have a physical store yet. Though we stock with a list of stores. Detailing them with their locations below-

How long does it take to process online orders?
Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

Though few items are sent to embroiderers located out of town, particularly the designs that have Suf embroidery or Lambani embroidery. These products will take 3-4 weeks


Can I purchase items from the stores for delivery?
To order styles which are only available in stores and have them shipped to you, please contact the stores directly or email kissagoistudios@gmail.com for assistance.

What if an item is sold out?
Sold out styles may become available again, however this is not guaranteed. To be notified of availabilty, email kissagoistudios@gmail.com with your requested item, size, and color along with your preferred contact information.

Can I add a personalized note to gift orders?
If you’re interested in adding a note to your order, please mail us at kissagoistudios@gmail.com with the order number. We will be happy to do the needful.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details.

What method of payment is accepted?

Cards connected to Indian accounts, PayPal and GooglePay (via Razorpay). We also offer Cash on Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping!
Shipping charges vary based on your country and distance from India, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Good news: If your order total exceeds ₹18,000, we offer free international shipping, no matter where you are in the world.

Do you cover duties/tax for international shipments?
The order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.


What is your return policy?
All items are exchangeable for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.

What happens when I purchase from third-party retailers?
We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Kissa items purchased from other retailers including full full-priced or secondhand items.
